HARMONY HALL BAND POLICIES
BOOKING POLICY: All bands wishing to audition for club dates at Harmony Hall must email with a listing of their current/upcoming shows. A representative from Harmony Hall will attend a show to listen to the band for the possibility of a future booking at Harmony Hall. All booking decisions will be made by Harmony Hall CEO's.
SET-UP POLICY: We ask that all bands setting up for a show do so prior to doors opening at 8PM. If you need to set-up earlier than normal or run into trouble along the way we request that you contact Julie or Lonnie A.S.A.P. so that other arrangements can be made.
TEAR-DOWN POLICY: Whatever you bring to the club should also be leaving the club with you. This includes people.
BAND GUEST POLICY: Please contact Julie or Lonnie regarding any guests you will have on the night you are booked.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We ask that in the event you need to cancel your gig you give us as much advance warning as possible.
